【摘要】：正数字化全媒体时代的到来为视听档案机构的发展开辟了转型的新机遇,视听档案产业化已是大势所趋。在这方面,业态相对比较丰富,并已初步形成了多元领域市场运营模式的海外视听档案产业,或可为国内业界带来诸多启示。"视听档案机构"是国际上对于收藏、保存、管理和开发以声音、影像等资料为主的档案、媒体机构的普遍称谓。在国内,此类机构大多以广播电视媒体附属的资料部门或电影资料馆为主,各类政府或企业档案部门少有系统性涉
[Abstract]:The arrival of digital all-media era has opened up a new opportunity for the development of audio-visual archives, and the industrialization of audio-visual archives has been the trend of the times. In this respect, the business form is relatively rich, and has initially formed a multi-field market operation mode of overseas audio-visual archives industry, may bring many enlightenments to the domestic industry. " Audio-visual archival institutions "is the international collection, preservation, management and development of sound, video and other materials-based archives, media organizations generally referred to." In China, most of these institutions are dominated by radio and television media affiliated information departments or film archives, and there is little systematic involvement in various types of government or enterprise archives.
