基于系统动力学的山西省文化产业发展对策研究

【摘要】：21世纪以来，文化产业得到了快速发展，作为朝阳产业、绿色产业、黄金产业的文化产业，已成为拉动经济增长的重要引擎。文化产业的发展，不仅会提升城市发展水平，还有助于优化区域产业结构，缩小地区经济发展差距，促进地区和谐发展。因此，研究山西省文化产业发展，对于促进山西省产业转型升级，加快山西经济发展，具有重大的理论意义和现实意义。本文的研究方法以实证分析和比较分析为主。首先，查阅了国内外关于研究文化产业发展方面的大量文献；其次，结合对各省市先进文化产业发展的经验进行定性分析，构建了影响山西省文化产业发展的理论分析框架，并在此基础上，构建了山西省文化产业发展系统动力学模型，对山西省文化产业发展进行了实证研究。此外，为了确保对策的科学性和可操作性，，本文对比国内外文化产业发展较好的国家和地区，汲取其成功经验后，提出山西省文化产业发展的对策，使其更具有可行性。本文的主要研究内容包括以下两方面：一是对影响文化产业发展的各因素进行研究，通过从各文献对文化产业竞争力评价指标中进行考察，结合山西省实际情况，建立了山西省文化产业发展系统动力学模型；二是以山西省文化产业为研究对象，运用系统动力学的系统政策仿真的实证研究方法展开分析，并在此基础上针对山西省文化产业发展提出合理的政策建议。
[Abstract]:Since the 21st century, the cultural industry has developed rapidly. As the sunrise industry, the green industry and the gold industry, the cultural industry has become an important engine of economic growth. The development of cultural industry will not only improve the level of urban development, but also help to optimize the regional industrial structure, narrow the gap of regional economic development, and promote the harmonious development of the region. Therefore, it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the development of cultural industry in Shanxi Province for promoting the industrial transformation and upgrading of Shanxi Province and speeding up the economic development of Shanxi Province. The main research methods of this paper are empirical analysis and comparative analysis. First of all, a large number of literatures about the development of cultural industry at home and abroad are reviewed. Secondly, based on the qualitative analysis of the experience of the development of advanced cultural industries in various provinces and cities, the framework of theoretical analysis affecting the development of cultural industries in Shanxi Province is constructed, and on this basis, the system dynamics model of the development of cultural industries in Shanxi Province is constructed. This paper makes an empirical study on the development of cultural industry in Shanxi Province. In addition, in order to ensure the scientificity and maneuverability of the countermeasures, this paper compares the countries and regions with better development of cultural industry at home and abroad, draws on their successful experiences, and puts forward the countermeasures for the development of cultural industries in Shanxi Province, which makes it more feasible. The main contents of this paper include the following two aspects: one is to study the factors that affect the development of cultural industry, through investigating the evaluation index of the competitiveness of cultural industry from each literature, combining with the actual situation of Shanxi Province, The system dynamics model of cultural industry development in Shanxi Province is established. Secondly, taking the cultural industry of Shanxi Province as the research object, this paper analyzes the system policy simulation method of system dynamics, and puts forward some reasonable policy suggestions for the development of Shanxi cultural industry on the basis of this.
