【摘要】:正国家行政学院高级经济师郭全中在2014年第7期《新闻记者》刊文,认为正如发动机和电力已经成为社会的底层架构和标配一样,互联网技术也一定会成为社会的底层架构和标配。在这种情况下,传媒产业的发展呈现出了八大新趋势。一、传媒政策更为市场化。相关政策具体体现在国有文化资产监督管理体制、"特殊管理股"试点、现代文化市场体系和股权激励四个方面。二、传媒产业格局被"颠覆"。互联网广告收入将远超传统媒体之和。首先,互联网广告占整体广告比例已经超过20%。其次,互联网增长速度远远大于传统媒体。再次,互联网巨头仍在高速发展。三、转型成为中心工作。首
[Abstract]:Guo Quanzhong, a senior economist at Chinese Academy of Governance, published an article in the 7th issue of journalists in 2014, arguing that just as engines and electricity have become the underlying structure and standard distribution of society, Internet technology will certainly become the underlying structure and standard of society. In this case, the development of the media industry presents eight new trends. First, the media policy is more market-oriented. The relevant policies are embodied in four aspects: the supervision and management system of state-owned cultural assets, the pilot of "special management stock", the modern cultural market system and equity incentive. Second, the pattern of the media industry has been subverted. Internet advertising revenue will far exceed the sum of traditional media.
