新时期陕西文化产业发展模式研究

【摘要】：文化产业作为21世纪最有前途的两个产业之一，被包括中国在内世界各国高度重视。陕西作为文化资源大省，发展文化产业具有得天独厚的优势，近年来，陕西文化产业如雨后春笋迅猛发展，成绩骄人，但也存在诸多问题。全面系统梳理探析陕西文化产业发展模式，无论从理论层面还是实践方面来讲，对今后陕西文化产业的理性健康发展都具有十分重要的指导意义。本文以马克思主义政治经济学理论为指导，主要采取的是文献资料分析、典型案例分析、系统分析、比较分析、文本分析和经验总结分析等方法进行课题研究。论文以陕西文化产业的国内外研究现状为基点，以文化产业的概念界定和理论介绍为起始，综合分析文化产业各要素的重要作用，进而揭示发展文化产业对陕西文化旅游、文化创新、经济、社会和政治的影响促进作用。论文从陕西文化产业发展所取得的成绩和存在的问题两个层面切入，系统分析了发展现状；依据国内、外文化产业发展先进经验，归纳出对陕西的有益启示：一是转变观念，，推进文化管理体制机制创新；二是强化政策扶持，多渠道、多形式增加文化产业投入；三是实施项目带动，加快园区建设，完善文化产业集群战略格局；四是依托资源优势，大力发展文化旅游业；五是发展新兴文化业态，推动文化产业升级；六是培养人才，发展文化产业队伍。文章最后从“‘文化+旅游+城市’的文化产业发展新道路”、“文化产业发展与扶贫相结合，开辟城乡统筹新模式”、“依托资源，推动特色文化产业发展”、“文化产业集群发展”、“强强联合，文化产业跨区发展”和“跨行业联动模式的重组与联合”等六个方面入手，对陕西文化产业发展之路作出重要选择，并试图探索出多条适合陕西文化产业发展的新模式。
[Abstract]:As one of the two most promising industries in the 21 st century, cultural industry has been attached great importance to by all countries in the world, including China. Shaanxi, as a big province of cultural resources, has unique advantages in the development of cultural industry. In recent years, Shaanxi cultural industry has sprung up rapidly after a spring rain, and its achievements are remarkable, but there are also many problems. A comprehensive and systematic analysis of the development model of Shaanxi cultural industry is of great guiding significance for the rational and healthy development of Shaanxi cultural industry in the future, both in theory and in practice. Under the guidance of Marxist political economy theory, this paper mainly adopts the methods of literature analysis, typical case analysis, systematic analysis, comparative analysis, text analysis and experience summary analysis. Based on the research status of Shaanxi cultural industry at home and abroad, starting with the concept definition and theoretical introduction of cultural industry, this paper comprehensively analyzes the important role of various elements of cultural industry, and then reveals that the development of cultural industry plays an important role in Shaanxi cultural tourism. Cultural innovation, economic, social and political influence promote the role. This paper analyzes the present situation of Shaanxi cultural industry systematically from two aspects: the achievements and existing problems in the development of Shaanxi cultural industry. According to the advanced experience of the development of domestic and foreign cultural industry, this paper sums up the beneficial enlightenment to Shaanxi: first, to change the concept and promote the innovation of cultural management system and mechanism; second, to strengthen policy support, multi-channel and multi-form to increase the investment of cultural industry; Third, the implementation of the project to speed up the construction of the park, improve the strategic pattern of cultural industry clusters; fourth, rely on resource advantages, vigorously develop cultural tourism; fifth, develop new cultural forms to promote the upgrading of cultural industries; Sixth, train talents and develop the team of cultural industries. Finally, from "the new road of cultural industry development of 'cultural tourism city'", "combining the development of cultural industry with poverty alleviation, opening up a new model of urban and rural overall planning", "relying on resources, promoting the development of characteristic cultural industry", Starting from six aspects: "the development of cultural industry cluster", "strong and strong alliance", "cross-regional development of cultural industry" and "reorganization and union of cross-industry linkage mode", this paper makes an important choice for the development of Shaanxi cultural industry. And try to explore a number of new models suitable for the development of Shaanxi cultural industry.
