文创视角下的天津地区公共文化服务建设研究

【摘要】：目的对天津地区应当如何进行公共文化服务体系的建设进行探究,从而为区域内公共服务体系的建设提供思路和方向。方法以文化创意产业与区域公共文化服务建设的有效结合为基础,对如何建立地域性特色的区域公共文化服务的方法进行研究。结论通过把文化创意产业的相关理念引入到区域公共文化服务体系的建设中,有助于探讨出如何使区域内公共文化服务体系建设工作更好展开,更加的地区化和特色化,同时也为文化创意产业的再次创新和发展提供新的契机。
[Abstract]:Objective to explore how to construct the public cultural service system in Tianjin, so as to provide ideas and directions for the construction of the public service system in the region. Methods based on the effective combination of cultural and creative industries and the construction of regional public cultural services, this paper studies how to establish regional public cultural services with regional characteristics. Conclusion by introducing the related concepts of cultural and creative industries into the construction of regional public cultural service system, it is helpful to explore how to make the construction of regional public cultural service system better carry out, more regional and characteristic. At the same time, it also provides a new opportunity for the re-innovation and development of cultural and creative industries.
