浅谈食品文化产业及其发展

【摘要】:随着市场经济和食品文化的发展,我国的食品文化产业也在开始形成并呈现日益发展壮大的趋势。食品文化产业简单说就是食品文化的市场化运行。我国食品文化产业发展与社会主义市场经济体制建立和文化产业振兴战略密切相关。用经济社会发展的眼光看,我国食品文化产业主体构成眼下主要是食品广告业,未来发展的根本出路在于本行业的不断创新,现在发展的重点是食文化、酒文化和茶文化。在以人为本的前提下,百姓食品安全应是食品文化产业发展的核心。
[Abstract]:With the development of market economy and food culture, the food culture industry of our country is also beginning to form and show a trend of growing and growing day by day. In short, the food culture industry is the market-oriented operation of food culture. The development of food and cultural industry in China is closely related to the establishment of socialist market economy system and the strategy of revitalizing cultural industry. From the point of view of economic and social development, the main body of food culture industry in China is mainly food advertising industry at present. The fundamental way out for future development lies in the continuous innovation of the industry, and now the focus of development is food culture, wine culture and tea culture. Under the premise of people-oriented, people's food safety should be the core of the development of food culture industry.
