WTO框架下中国文化产业发展研究

经济全球化的纵深发展不仅使各国之间的文化交流更加频繁,而且使文化交流的方式发生了深刻的变化。随着国际贸易中文化产品和文化服务贸易的迅速增长,文化产业成为各国在国际贸易中竞争的新领域。各国文化产业在国际贸易中的竞争地位,不仅关系到本国的经济利益,而且关系到本国文化在世界文化发展中的地位,文化产业已经成为目前各国发展的战略重点。中国于2001年11月加入WTO,正式融入了全球化的浪潮之中。中国加入WTO,扩大了文化市场的准入范围,允许外国文化资本、文化艺术产品和服务进入国内市场。面对全球化的竞争,给中国文化产业的发展不仅带来了严峻的挑战,也创造了丰厚的机遇。此外,《中共中央关于制定国民经济和社会发展第十个五年计划的建议》中提出的要“深化文化体制改革,建立科学合理、灵活高效的管理体制和文化产品经营机制”等一系列决议也为文化产业发展创造了良好的外部客观环境。本文的研究,正是在上述两大背景下展开的。本文探讨的主题是加入WTO以后,中国文化产业的发展研究。围绕这一主旨,论文首先阐述了文化、文化产业的内涵及其主要特征,从理论上对文化产业的内涵、文化产业与经济增长之间的关系进行了较为系统的分析。接着,...
