富勒烯纳米二硫化钼的制备

【摘要】:利用钼酸铵和硫化钠为原料,聚乙二醇为分散剂,用1∶1盐酸溶液控制体系p H值1~2,制备出非晶态三硫化钼。然后在氢气氛下煅烧三硫化钼得到IF-纳米二硫化钼。通过单因素条件实验研究了反应温度、反应时间、摩尔配比、分散剂用量等因素对三硫化钼转化率的影响;利用正交实验得出制备三硫化钼优化工艺条件。经X射线衍射仪(XRD)与透镜电子显微镜(TEM)表征显示,由三硫化钼制备的IF-纳米二硫化钼的粒径约在30~60 nm左右。
[Abstract]:Using ammonium molybdate and sodium sulfide as raw materials and polyethylene glycol as dispersant, the pH value of the system was controlled with 1: 1 hydrochloric acid solution. Amorphous molybdenum trisulfide was prepared. Then molybdenum trisulfide was calcined in hydrogen atmosphere to obtain IF-nano molybdenum disulfide. The reaction temperature, reaction time and molar ratio were studied by single factor experiments. The effect of dispersant dosage on the conversion of molybdenum trisulfide; The optimum conditions for preparation of molybdenum trisulfide were obtained by orthogonal experiment. The results were characterized by X-ray diffractometer (XRD) and lens electron microscope (TEM). The particle size of IF-nano molybdenum disulfide prepared from molybdenum trisulfide is about 30 ~ 60 nm.
