【摘要】:以硫铁矿烧渣为原料,经还原、焙烧、酸浸得到较高浓度的硫酸亚铁溶液,以浓HNO_3为催化剂,通入氧气将酸浸液制成深棕红色粘稠混凝剂PFS,确定最佳反应条件:nH_2SO_4/nFe为0.2~0.35,催化剂投加量1.75%,通入氧气80℃反应2h。加入Na_2HPO_4,水浴加热制得复合混凝剂PPFS,最佳反应条件:nPO_4~(3-)/n Fe为0.3,反应温度70℃~80℃,反应时间1h。红外光谱分析显示,PFS、PPFS是以羟基连接为主的聚合物,将P引入PFS,PO_4~(3-)参与聚合,生成了高电荷高羟基多核络合物,形成多种结构单元,混凝时形成的絮体更大,对制药废水浊度、COD去除效果更好。
[Abstract]:High concentration of ferrous sulfate solution was obtained from pyrite cinder by reduction, roasting and acid leaching. A deep brown red viscous coagulant PFS was prepared by oxygen transfer with concentrated HNO_3 as catalyst.
