氯化铈溶液喷雾焙烧制备纳米氧化铈实心粉体的研究

【摘要】:以氯化铈溶液为原料,添加一定浓度的柠檬酸,在管式炉内通过喷雾焙烧的方法制备纳米氧化铈实心微粉,在制备研究过程中,采用差热、XRD、SEM等手段对其反应过程、产物转化率和氯根残留的影响因素及实心粉体的制备条件进行实验分析。结果表明,焙烧产物CeO_2的转化率随焙烧温度的升高而升高,随CeCl_3溶液浓度的升高而降低,在50 g/L浓度条件下,焙烧温度达到800℃时,转化率可达到97.4%;与CeO_2的转化率相反,焙烧产物中Cl~-的残留量随焙烧温度的升高而降低,随CeCl_3溶液浓度的升高而升高,在50 g/L浓度条件下,焙烧温度达到800℃时,焙烧产物中Cl~-的残留量为0.47%;通过在氯化铈溶液中加入不同浓度柠檬酸的的喷雾焙烧实验表明,焙烧温度600℃、氯化铈溶液浓度100 g/L、柠檬酸浓度0.029 mol/L时,可以得到结晶度较高、球形度较好的CeO_2实心球粉末,且柠檬酸的加入对产物CeO_2的转化率基本没有影响。
[Abstract]:Nano-sized solid cerium oxide powder was prepared by spray roasting in tube furnace with cerium chloride solution as raw material and citric acid at a certain concentration. In the process of preparation, differential thermal analysis (DTA) XRD was used. SEM was used to analyze the reaction process, the factors affecting the conversion rate of the product and the residual chlorides, and the preparation conditions of solid powders.
