【摘要】:玻璃纤维增强聚合物复合材料因其具有优异的性能而被广泛应用于汽车制造、航空航天、轨道交通、建筑、风力发电等各大领域。复合材料界面是影响其性能的重要因素,为改善玻璃纤维复合材料的界面性能,本文采用在玻璃纤维表面沉积有机蒙脱土片层的方式对玻璃纤维进行表面改性,系统研究了有机蒙脱土的剥离及其在分散介质中的稳定性、剥离的蒙脱土在玻璃纤维表面的沉积、沉积蒙脱土的玻璃纤维与环氧树脂及聚丙烯复合材料的界面性能。结果表明:超声波处理有利于有机蒙脱土稳定分散于分散介质中,且随超声波作用时间增长稳定性不断提高;SEM显示超声波作用有利于有机蒙脱土在玻璃纤维表面大量且均匀的沉积,超声波作用下沉积时间以30min为宜;相较于酸性分散体系,有机蒙脱土在中性条件下稳定性良好,能较均匀的沉积于玻璃纤维表面,但沉积量较少。在分散介质中添加KH550偶联剂有利于有机蒙脱土在玻璃纤维表面的沉积,偶联剂的浓度以1%为宜。有机蒙脱土在玻璃纤维表面的沉积量对界面粘结强度有影响,界面剪切强度随玻璃纤维表面有机蒙脱土沉积量的增加呈现先增加后降低的趋势。玻璃纤维经加入KH550偶联剂的有机蒙脱土分散液处理可与环氧树脂及聚丙烯树脂形成良好的界面结合,与环氧树脂的复合材料其界面剪切强度增加38.87%,与聚丙烯的复合材料其界面剪切强度增加106.79%。
[Abstract]:Glass fiber reinforced polymer composites have been widely used in automobile manufacturing, aerospace, rail transit, construction because of their excellent properties. The interface of composite is an important factor to affect the properties of glass fiber composites, so it can improve the interfacial properties of glass fiber composites. In this paper, organic montmorillonite layer was deposited on the surface of glass fiber to modify the surface of glass fiber. The peeling of organic montmorillonite and its stability in disperse medium were studied systematically. The deposition of exfoliated montmorillonite on the surface of glass fibers. The interfacial properties of glass fiber deposited montmorillonite with epoxy resin and polypropylene composites. The results show that ultrasonic treatment is beneficial to the stable dispersion of organic montmorillonite in the dispersion medium. And the stability increases with the time of ultrasonic wave. SEM showed that ultrasonic wave was beneficial to the deposition of organic montmorillonite on glass fiber surface, and the appropriate deposition time was 30 minutes. Compared with the acidic dispersion system, organic montmorillonite has good stability under neutral conditions and can be deposited on the surface of glass fiber uniformly. The addition of KH550 coupling agent in the dispersion medium is beneficial to the deposition of organic montmorillonite on the surface of glass fiber. The suitable concentration of coupling agent is 1%. The amount of organic montmorillonite deposited on the surface of glass fiber has an effect on the interfacial bond strength. The interfacial shear strength increased firstly and then decreased with the increase of the amount of organic montmorillonite deposited on glass fiber surface. Glass fiber treated with organic montmorillonite dispersion with KH550 coupling agent could be treated with epoxy resin and polymer. Propylene resin formed a good interfacial bonding. The interfacial shear strength of the composites with epoxy resin increases 38.87 and that with polypropylene increases 106.79.
