【摘要】:糖基快速成型是基于选择性激光烧结技术的一种快速成型方法,成型材料来源广泛,绿色环保,成本低廉,对人体和环境无危害,且可以食用。因此,对糖基快速成型机理和工艺参数进行研究具有重要的理论意义和实用价值。本论文根据糖基快速成型方法的成型要求,寻求适合于该方法的糖基材料,并对该糖基材料的性质与特点进行了研究;分析了糖基快速成型设备的主要性能参数,研究了糖基快速成型的成型机理;理论分析了影响糖基快速成型工艺的工艺参数,重点对成型过程中可以调节控制的工艺参数如激光功率、扫描间距、扫描速度、铺粉厚度、预热温度等几个重要的工艺参数进行了分析,并通过正交设计试验对激光功率、预热温度、扫描速度、铺粉厚度四个工艺参数进行正交设计试验分析,以其制件的抗弯强度为衡量指标,通过正交设计试验法寻求出最优工艺参数组合。对所得到的最优工艺参数进行实验验证。首先理论分析了影响糖基快速成型制件的尺寸精度和强度的因素,其次对影响其尺寸精度和强度的主要可控的工艺参数通过单因素实验进行了验证,最后在不同的工艺参数组合下烧结制件,并测量其尺寸精度和强度,发现在最优工艺参数组合下制件的尺寸精度和强度是最好的,证明用正交设计试验法获得最优工艺参数是可行的,同时此研究不仅具有重要的理论意义,而且对快速成型技术的应用具有一定的参考价值。
[Abstract]:Sugar-based rapid prototyping is a kind of rapid prototyping method based on selective laser sintering technology. It has a wide range of material sources, green and environmental protection, low cost, no harm to human body and environment, and can be edible. It is of great theoretical significance and practical value to study the mechanism and technological parameters of sugar base rapid prototyping. According to the forming requirements of the sugar base rapid prototyping method, this paper seeks sucrose base materials suitable for this method. The properties and characteristics of the sugar-based material were also studied. The main performance parameters of sugar base rapid prototyping equipment were analyzed and the mechanism of sugar base rapid prototyping was studied. Theoretical analysis of the influence of sugar based rapid prototyping process parameters, focusing on the process parameters such as laser power, scanning distance, scanning speed, powder thickness can be adjusted during the molding process. Several important process parameters, such as preheating temperature, were analyzed, and the orthogonal design tests were carried out on four process parameters: laser power, preheating temperature, scanning speed and powder laying thickness. The bending strength of the parts is taken as the index. The optimal process parameters were obtained by orthogonal design test. The optimal process parameters were verified by experiments. Firstly, the factors affecting the dimensional accuracy and strength of sugar based rapid prototyping were analyzed theoretically. Secondly, the main controllable process parameters which affect its dimension precision and strength are verified by single factor experiment. Finally, the size precision and strength of the sintered parts are measured under different process parameters combination. It is found that the dimension precision and strength of the parts are the best under the combination of the optimal process parameters, which proves that it is feasible to obtain the optimal process parameters by orthogonal design test, and this research is not only of great theoretical significance. And it has certain reference value for the application of rapid prototyping technology.
