【摘要】:随着科学技术的进步,柔性电路板、无线射频识别系统(RFID)、薄膜开关、薄膜电阻等迅速发展,从而推动了导电油墨技术的发展。紫外光固化导电油墨是近些年开发的导电油墨新产品,与普通导电油墨相比,紫外光固化导电油墨将紫外光固化技术与导电油墨技术结合起来,赋予了这种导电油墨良好的印刷适性以及广阔的应用前景。本论文描述了制备紫外光固化纳米银导电油墨的主要过程并对结果进行了分析。包括以下三个部分: 首先本文以巯基乙酸与PEG-400为原料通过酯化反应制备了巯基乙酸聚乙二醇酯,并对影响酯化率的因素进行探讨。结果表明,合成反应温度、反应时间、催化剂种类、反应物的投放比以及脱水剂的用量都会对酯化率产生影响。 其次又以[Ag(NH3)2]OH溶液为前驱体,葡萄糖为还原剂,巯基乙酸聚乙一醇酯为保护剂,通过液相还原法控制反应条件制备出了纳米银胶体。并通过紫外可见光分光光度计、傅里叶红外光谱仪、X射线衍射仪、场发射扫描电子显微镜、场发射透射电子显微镜、ZETA电位仪等实验手段对所制备的纳米银胶体进行表征,结果表明用此种方法制备出的纳米银胶体粒径可控,尺寸均一、分散性以及形貌良好,且长期储存比较稳定。并从热力学角度解释了其稳定性好的原因。 最后,以纳米银为导电填料制备了紫外光固化纳米银导电油墨,并对其导电性能进行研究。结果表明导电填料填充量、烧结温度、烧结时间、分散剂用量以及光引发剂的用量都会对导电油墨的电阻率产生影响。
[Abstract]:With the development of science and technology, flexible circuit board, radio frequency identification system (RFID), thin film switch, film resistance and so on are developing rapidly. UV curable conductive ink is a new product of conductive ink developed in recent years, compared with common conductive ink. UV curable conductive ink combines UV curing technology with conductive ink technology. This paper describes the main process of preparing UV curable nano-silver conductive ink and analyzes the results. In this paper, polyethyleneglycol mercaptoacetate was prepared by esterification of mercaptoacetic acid and PEG-400, and the factors affecting the esterification rate were discussed. The results showed that the reaction temperature was high. The reaction time, the type of catalyst, the ratio of reactants and the amount of dehydrating agent will affect the esterification rate. Then again, [Ag(NH3)2] OH solution was used as precursor, glucose as reducing agent and mercaptoacetate as protective agent. Nano-silver colloid was prepared by liquid-phase reduction method under the control of reaction conditions. The colloid was prepared by UV-Vis spectrophotometer, Fourier transform infrared spectrometer (FTIR), X-ray diffractometer, and field emission scanning electron microscope (SEM). Field emission transmission electron microscope (TEM) and Zeta potentiometer were used to characterize the silver colloids. The results showed that the size of the colloids prepared by this method was controlled and the size was uniform. The dispersity and morphology are good, and the long-term storage is relatively stable. The reasons for the good stability are explained from the viewpoint of thermodynamics. Finally, UV curable nano-silver conductive ink was prepared with nano-silver as conductive filler, and its electrical conductivity was studied. The results showed that the amount of conductive filler, sintering temperature, sintering time. The amount of dispersant and the amount of photoinitiator will affect the resistivity of conductive ink.
