【摘要】:本课题首先以相变材料十二醇(DA)为芯材,聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)为壁材,用悬浮聚合法制备十二醇相变材料微胶囊,并考察了分散剂、引发剂、芯壁比以及交联剂用量对制备十二醇微胶囊的影响。采用生物显微镜、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、傅立叶变换红外光谱仪(FT-IR)、差示扫描量热仪(DSC)、热重分析仪(TGA)以及粒径扫描仪(PSD)对相变微胶囊的形态、结构组成、相变温度、相变焓及耐热性进行表征。结果表明制备相变微胶囊的最佳条件为:分散剂苯乙烯-马来酸酐共聚物(SMA)加入量为芯材质量的7.5%,引发剂偶氮二异丁腈(AIBN)为壁材的7.5%,交联剂季戊四醇四丙烯酸酯(PETRA)用量为壁材的25%,芯壁比为2:1时,所制备的十二醇相变材料微胶囊包埋效果最好。包埋率达到66%。制备所得的十二醇微胶囊的相变温度与十二醇变化很小,热焓值为137.6 J/g,相变温度为24.33℃。经过500次热循环后仍具有良好的热焓值,与未进行热循环的微胶囊变化不大。SEM图显示微胶囊呈球形。经过PSD测量得知,所制备的十二醇微胶囊的尺寸大小范围在15.14-35.90gm之间。微胶囊颗粒的平均粒径是25.65 μm。采用锐孔法制备十二醇相变材料大胶囊,考察了CaCl_2溶液的浓度,海藻酸钠溶液的浓度和微胶囊加入量对最终形成大胶囊粒径及耐热性的影响,最终确定CaCl_2的浓度为2%,海藻酸钠溶液浓度为1%的条件下,根据需要可制备包含不同微胶囊质量的,粒径在1mm以上的相变材料大胶囊。本课题通过对聚合方式及制备过程中影响因素的选择实现了对十二醇相变材料胶囊粒径的控制,从而扩展了相变材料的应用领域。
[Abstract]:In this paper, 12 alcohol phase change material microcapsules were prepared by suspension polymerization with phase change material (12) as core material and poly (methyl methacrylate) (PMMA) as wall material. The dispersant and initiator were investigated. The effects of core / wall ratio and crosslinking agent dosage on the preparation of 12 alcohol microcapsules were investigated by means of biomicroscopy, scanning electron microscope (SEM) and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR). The morphology, structure and temperature of phase change microcapsules by differential scanning calorimeter (DSC), thermogravimetric analyzer (TGA) and particle size scanner (PSD). The results showed that the optimum conditions for the preparation of phase change microcapsules were as follows: the amount of dispersant styrene-maleic anhydride copolymer (SMA) was 7.5% of the core material. The initiator AIBN is 7.5% of the wall material, the amount of crosslinking agent pentaerythritol tetraacrylates (PETRAN) is 25% of the wall material, and the core / wall ratio is 2: 1. The microencapsulation effect of 12 alcohol phase change material was the best. The embedding rate reached 66. The phase transition temperature and 12 alcohol phase transition temperature of the 12 alcohol microcapsule prepared changed little, and the enthalpy value was 137.6 J / g.
