【摘要】:简述了大张力控制的总体方案,提出了一种以磁粉制动器为执行元件,用张力传感器作为对纤维丝束进行张力实时检测的反馈元件,运用张力分配方案对张力进行调整的闭环控制系统,建立了张力控制的数学模型,搭建了软件实验平台。基于该平台,分别进行了恒张力、大张力阶跃的实验研究。实验结果表明,所设计的张力控制系统响应速度快,张力波动小,满足纤维缠绕大张力控制的要求。
[Abstract]:The general scheme of large tension control is briefly introduced. A kind of feedback element is proposed, which uses magnetic powder brake as executive element and tension sensor as the feedback element for real time tension measurement of fiber tow. Based on the closed-loop control system of tension distribution, the mathematical model of tension control is established, and the software experimental platform is built. Based on this platform, constant tension is carried out respectively. The experimental results show that the designed tension control system has the advantages of fast response speed and low tension fluctuation, which can meet the requirements of filament winding with large tension control.
