基于铅的柔性屏蔽材料制备及性能研究

【摘要】:利用高纯度的铅,采用铅材箔丝化结合双面聚氨酯涂层布表面包覆处理法制备一种基于铅粒子的新型柔性屏蔽材料,通过对样品理化性能的检测,证实该柔性屏蔽材料外包覆层具有良好的阻燃性能、耐老化性能,能够满足辐射屏蔽工程应用要求,通过屏蔽性能检测实验证实样品核心屏蔽层在屏蔽相同剂量的射线情况下该样品相比于传统铅板降低了屏蔽材料的重量,同时由于其柔性的特征能够更加适应核电现场的复杂屏蔽情况,具有良好的工程应用价值。
[Abstract]:A new flexible shielding material based on lead particles was prepared by the method of lead foil silking and double-sided polyurethane coated cloth surface coating. The physical and chemical properties of the samples were tested. It is proved that the outer coating of the flexible shielding material has good flame retardancy and aging resistance, and can meet the requirements of radiation shielding engineering application. It is proved that the core shielding layer of the sample decreases the weight of the shielding material compared with the traditional lead plate under the condition of shielding the same dose of radiation through the test of shielding performance. At the same time, because of its flexible features, it can adapt to the complex shielding situation of nuclear power field, so it has good engineering application value.
