复合材料层合板鸟撞动响应及损伤分析

【摘要】:随着复合材料在航空航天上的应用越来越广,复合材料层合板的鸟撞问题也越来越受到重视。解决好这一问题对于避免因鸟撞而造成的重大事故或损失有重要意义。当前国内外众多的专家学者都对这一问题分别从理论分析、实验探究、数值模拟以及设计规范四个方面进行了部分研究。本文总结了鸟撞问题的历史以及国内外对复合材料鸟撞问题的研究现状;对复合材料层合板鸟撞问题相关的理论进行了探究,包括层合板强度理论、鸟撞动力学理论以及ANSYS/LS-DYNA在解决该问题中的应用;对鸟撞问题中的撞击载荷鸟体进行了详细探讨,主要包括载荷模拟方式、耦合算法和耦合方式、鸟体本构模型、鸟体材料参数以及鸟体形状等方面,并对建立的鸟体模型进行了验证,证明了所建模型的合理性;通过ANSYS/LS-DYNA构建了复合材料层合板鸟撞流固耦合模型,对其鸟撞动响应及损伤情况进行了详细探讨,主要包括鸟体与板的撞击过程及变形、层合板上接触压力的变化、鸟撞过程的能量变化以及层合板不同损伤形式的扩展等内容;最后结合鸟撞过程中鸟体能量变化以及层合板接触压力极值,对影响层合板抗鸟撞能力的因素进行了分析,主要包括层合板材料、铺层方式、鸟体材料以及鸟体速度四方面的内容。通过本文研究,可以为复合材料层合板的抗鸟撞设计及鸟撞试验提供理论支持。
[Abstract]:As composite materials become more and more widely used in aerospace, The problem of bird collision in composite laminates has been paid more and more attention. It is important to solve this problem for avoiding the serious accidents or losses caused by bird collision. At present, many experts and scholars at home and abroad are interested in this problem. From the theoretical analysis, This paper summarizes the history of bird collision problem and the research status of composite material bird collision problem at home and abroad. The related theories of bird impact problem of composite laminated plate are discussed, including the theory of laminated plate strength, the theory of bird collision dynamics and the application of ANSYS/LS-DYNA in solving this problem, and the impact load of bird body in bird collision problem is discussed in detail. It mainly includes load simulation mode, coupling algorithm and coupling mode, bird body constitutive model, bird body material parameters and bird body shape, etc. The established bird body model is verified, and the rationality of the model is proved. The bird collision fluid-solid coupling model of composite laminated plate was constructed by ANSYS/LS-DYNA. The bird impact response and damage were discussed in detail, including the impact process and deformation of bird body and plate, and the change of contact pressure on laminated plate. The energy change of bird collision process and the expansion of different damage forms of the laminated plate are discussed. Finally, the factors influencing the bird collision resistance of the laminated plate are analyzed by combining the bird body energy change and the contact pressure extremum of the laminated plate during the bird collision process. It mainly includes four aspects: laminate material, layering method, bird body material and bird body velocity. Through the research in this paper, it can provide theoretical support for bird impact design and bird impact test of composite laminates.
