生产活性氧化铜粉的工艺研究及工业设计

【摘要】:我国目前生产和消耗量最大的有色金属粉末之一有氧化铜粉等,而活性氧化铜粉由于自身的快速酸溶、杂质低、品质高、比表面积大、粒度细等特点,在电镀行业的优势超过普通氧化铜粉,尤其在电子材料和喷镀材料上更具有普通氧化铜粉无可替代的作用,因在电镀行业的应用又叫电子级氧化铜粉。我国各类氧化铜粉生产厂家较多,但大型的生产企业很少且工艺水平落后于其他国家,产品产量还不能满足国内市场需求,进口产品的比例也占国内较大份额,导致与外资企业的差距较大。尤其是应用广泛的电子行业等高端领域,这些活性氧化铜粉的质量和产量还远达不到要求。综上:进行活性氧化铜粉相联系的工艺研究并按需设计一套可行的实际生产系统,对行业有较重大的工业价值。本论文采用自产的旋流电积铜为原料,经碳酸氢盐和20%的氨水浸出铜、常压常压70℃加热脱氨、高温焙烧等阶段,制得的活性氧化铜粉理化指标等都达到了我国行业较高水平。同时通过全流程工艺的研究,设计出一套基础工艺方案及配套设施,为企业生产设计提供基础。本论文共分为四章:第一章:主要介绍活性氧化铜的性质和生产工艺、市场和用途以及国内外研究的现状,并根据现状找出存在的问题。第二章:在实验室基础上对比两种工艺,分别研究了浓度、温度及搅拌方式等因素对反应的影响,确定了最佳工艺条件,找出了影响活性氧化铜粉品质和性能的关键因素。第三章:放大实验。采用完全工业化的设备进行试生产,对比工艺条件的差别以及活性氧化铜的品质。第四章:根据试生产结果,设计一套年产1000吨生产线的工艺方案及相关配套设施,并进行相关性分析。
[Abstract]:At present, one of the largest production and consumption of non-ferrous metal powders in China is copper oxide powder, while active copper oxide powder is characterized by its rapid acid dissolution, low impurity, high quality, large specific surface area, fine particle size, etc. In the electroplating industry, the advantages of common copper oxide powder, especially in electronic materials and spraying materials have the role of ordinary copper oxide powder irreplaceable. Because the application in electroplating industry is also called electronic grade copper oxide powder. There are many kinds of copper oxide powder manufacturers in our country, but the large production enterprises are few and the technological level is lagging behind that of other countries, so the product output can not meet the domestic market demand. The proportion of imported products also accounts for a large share of the domestic market, leading to a big gap with foreign-funded enterprises. Especially in high-end fields such as the widely used electronics industry, The quality and yield of these active copper oxide powders are still far from the requirements.
