正交试验法优化SiC增强铝基复合材料的制备工艺

【摘要】:采用搅拌铸造法,以SiC颗粒为增强相,制备铝基复合材料。以所得试样的密度和磨损率为目标函数,以搅拌温度(A)、搅拌速度(B)、搅拌时间(C)为变量进行正交优化设计。结果表明,搅拌因素对复合材料密度的影响顺序为:BCA;对磨损率的影响顺序为:BAC。制备SiC增强铝基复合材料的最佳工艺参数为:搅拌温度780℃,搅拌速度300 r/min,搅拌时间40 min。
[Abstract]:Aluminum matrix composites were prepared by agitation casting with SiC particles as reinforcement phase. The density and wear rate of the obtained samples were taken as objective functions, and the orthogonal optimization design was carried out with the variables of stirring temperature, stirring speed and stirring time.
