超声模板制备二氧化钛晶体

【摘要】:以钛酸正四丁酯作为钛源,乙酰丙酮作为螯合剂来抑制钛酸正四丁酯的水解,十六烷基三甲基溴化铵阳离子表面活性剂作为为模板,采用超声模板法制备出球形锐钛矿介孔TiO_2,采用两步焙烧法除去模板剂。FT-IR测试表明在478cm-1出现介孔TiO_2特征峰,XRD测试表明合成的样品为锐钛矿介孔TiO_2,TG-DTA测试表明合成的样品热稳定性较好,SEM测试表明样品为球形颗粒且形状均匀,TEM测试表明粒子的分散性很好,维持了很好的介孔结构。结果表明:合成的介孔TiO_2晶型有较好的完整性。
[Abstract]:With titanate as titanium source was four butyl, hydrolysis of acetylacetone as chelating agent to inhibit four butyl titanate, sixteen alkyl three methyl bromide cationic surfactant as template, the template was prepared by ultrasonic spherical mesoporous anatase TiO_2, using two stage roasting method to remove the template.FT-IR test showed that 478cm-1 appeared in the mesoporous TiO_2 peak, XRD test showed that the samples were anatase mesoporous TiO_2, TG-DTA test showed that the thermal stability of synthetic samples better, SEM test showed that the sample is spherical particles and uniform shape, TEM tests show that the particle dispersion is good, maintain a good mesoporous structure. The results show that the mesoporous TiO_2 crystal synthesis has better integrity.
