环保型聚脲微胶囊相变材料在棉织物上的应用

【摘要】:探讨环保聚脲微胶囊相变材料用于棉织物整理的工艺及调温效果。采用浸轧法将自制的微胶囊相变材料整理到棉织物上,研究了浸轧方式、微胶囊用量、黏合剂用量和焙烘温度对处理织物增重率、储热性能及耐洗性能的影响,并对整理后织物的表面形貌和调温性能进行了分析。结果表明:调温棉织物较优工艺为采用二浸二轧整理方式,微胶囊用量150g/L,黏合剂用量40g/L,焙烘温度130℃。认为:所制得的调温棉织物对外界温度变化起到了明显的缓冲作用,具有良好的调温功能。
[Abstract]:This paper discusses the process and temperature regulation effect of environmental friendly polyurea microencapsulated phase change material used in cotton fabric finishing. The self-made microencapsulated phase change material is treated on cotton fabric by dipping and rolling method, and the method of dipping and rolling, the amount of microcapsule is studied. Effects of binder dosage and baking temperature on weight gain, heat storage and washing resistance of treated fabrics, The surface morphology and temperature-regulating properties of the finished fabric were analyzed.
