多层芳纶织物增强聚氨酯防刺性能的研究

【摘要】:随着反恐主题逐渐全球化,不同国家对于防护服装和用品的需求量都日渐增大,防刺用具在执法机关工勤人员和普通民众中都有广泛的使用。我国对于枪械的管控十分严格,因此执法人员受到的危害更多的是来自刀具等锐利武器,因此,开发出防刺性能满足需求、穿着舒适的防刺服变得十分迫切。本课题在提高防刺材料性能的基础上,对织物树脂复合材料原料进行优选。先是通过比较实验室自制的5种聚氨酯树脂膜的拉伸强度和延展性确定聚碳酸酯型聚氨酯脂T22和T23为性能更好的树脂。再分别与芳纶平纹织物相复合,比较两种复合材料的撕裂性能和单束纤维拔脱力,确定试验选用树脂T22。以此为基础对复合材料中树脂膜的厚度进行优化。综合了动态防刺试验和静态防刺试验的结果后,发现在树脂涂覆量为120g/m2~150g//m2时,材料的性能随着厚度的增加而稳定增加,当继续增加至180 g/m2时,防刺性能反而会下降。对不同复合方式的材料进行测试,在动态和静态防刺试验后,通过分析试验的结果可知,当芳纶织物采用双侧涂覆树脂的复合方式时材料的防刺性能更能符合标准要求。根据上述的试验,结合防刺过程的分析,对复合防刺结构的优化组合进行了研究。采用芳纶纤维布与芳纶纤维织物复合材料为基础材料,在相同面密度,层数下,组合了三种不同的结构分别为:芳纶布与复合材料的双层式结构、芳纶布与复合材料交替叠加的多层结构和芳纶布、复合材料与原始芳纶布的"三明治"式结构。穿刺结果表明:"三明治"结构性能更为优良,通过了国家公安部GA68-2008标准。对靶片断口形貌进行扫描电镜分析,发现复合材料与裸布的断口形貌有很大差别,芳纶纤维复合材料断口多呈剪切破坏形式,而芳纶纤维多呈拉伸破坏形式。结合防刺过程分析,对复合材料和复合结构的防刺进行初步的探讨,建立该类结构的防刺模型。
[Abstract]:With the globalization of anti-terrorism theme, the demand for protective clothing and articles in different countries is increasing day by day, and thorn-proof appliances are widely used among the workers of law enforcement agencies and the general public. Our country has very strict control over firearms. Therefore, the harm to law enforcement personnel is more from sharp weapons such as knives. Therefore, it is very urgent to develop anti-burr performance to meet the demand and wear comfortable anti-burr clothing. This subject is based on improving the performance of anti-burr materials. Through comparing the tensile strength and ductility of five kinds of polyurethane resin films made in laboratory, the polycarbonate polyurethane resin T22 and T23 were determined as the better performance resins. Do not compound with aramid plain fabric, The tear properties and pullout force of the two composites were compared, and resin T22 was selected for the test. Based on this, the thickness of the resin film in the composite was optimized. It is found that when the resin coating is 120 g / m ~ 2 ~ 150 g / m ~ 2, the properties of the material increase steadily with the increase of thickness, but the anti-burr property decreases when the coating is increased to 180 g / m ~ 2. Through the analysis of the results of the test, it can be seen that the anti-burr property of the aramid fabric is better than that of the standard when the composite of double-coated resin is adopted. According to the above test, combined with the analysis of the anti-burr process, The optimum combination of composite anti-burr structure was studied. The composite material of aramid fiber cloth and aramid fiber fabric was used as the base material, under the same surface density and the number of layers, There are three different structures: the double layer structure of aramid fabric and composite material, the multilayer structure of aramid cloth and composite material and aramid fabric. The "sandwich" structure of the composite material and the original aramid cloth. The puncture results show that the structure and properties of the "sandwich" are better, and have passed the GA68-2008 standard of the State Ministry of Public Security. The morphology of the target fragment has been analyzed by scanning electron microscope (SEM). It is found that the fracture morphology of the composites is very different from that of bare cloth. The fracture surfaces of aramid fiber composites are mostly in the form of shear failure, while aramid fibers are mostly in the form of tensile failure. The anti-burring model of composite material and composite structure was established.
