金属材料增强的石蜡储热性能研究

【摘要】:本文主要通过实验对比研究铝翅片和泡沫金属铜对石蜡的储热性能和储热密度的综合影响,分别测试封装纯石蜡、封装石蜡的同时加装平行铝翅片、将石蜡填充到泡沫金属铜空隙三组散热器的热源温度上升曲线。实验得出:加装铝翅片和填充泡沫金属铜能使热源与石蜡的平均温差分别降低76%和18%,同时使储热阶段热源的平均温度分别降低22.2℃和9.5℃,因此加装铝翅片增强石蜡储热性能强于填充泡沫金属铜。加装铝翅片和填充泡沫金属铜导致整体储热密度分别减少40.3%和4.2%,从储热密度方面考虑泡沫金属铜明显优于铝翅片。因此我们需要综合考虑储热性能和储热密度的影响选择最合适的增强石蜡储热的方式。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the comprehensive effects of aluminum fin and copper foam on the heat storage performance and heat storage density of paraffin wax were studied, and the package of pure paraffin wax was tested, and the parallel aluminum fin was added to package paraffin wax at the same time. The rising curves of heat source temperature of three groups of radiators filled with paraffin wax were obtained. The results show that the average temperature difference between heat source and paraffin can be reduced by 76% and 18, respectively, and the heat storage can be achieved by adding aluminum fin and filling foamed metal copper, respectively.
