分级结构勃姆石复合材料制备与吸附性能研究

【摘要】:本文采用无模板水热法,成功制备出核桃状、叶片状和大白菜状三种不同形貌的γ-AlOOH分级结构及核桃状γ-AlOOH/石墨烯、大白菜状γ-AlOOH/石墨烯、γ-AlOOH/α-Fe2O3三种复合纳米材料。对所制备材料进行了表征,并研究了它们对有机染料和重金属离子的吸附性能。主要研究内容如下:1、以尿素为均相沉淀剂、Al(NO3)3?9H2O为铝源,采用不同反应条件的水热法成功地制备出了形貌和尺寸均一的叶片状、核桃状和大白菜状三种不同形貌的γ-AlOOH分级结构。实验结果表明:三种分级结构都是由纳米纤维自组装而成的,且叶片状、核桃状和大白菜状γ-AlOOH对Cr(VI)的最大吸附质量分别为7.4mg/g、32.16mg/g和14.36mg/g;对甲基橙的最大吸附质量分别为59.9mg/g、97.15mg/g和84.93mg/g;对刚果红的最大吸附质量分别为99.0mg/g、98.8mg/g和258.02mg/g。2、通过一步水热法成功制备出了核桃状γ-AlOOH/石墨烯的纳米复合材料。实验结果表明:只有石墨烯的加入量为1%和2.5%时,所得产物才为分级结构γ-AlOOH与石墨烯的复合产物;加入1%石墨烯所得的核桃状γ-AlOOH/石墨烯复合材料对Cr(VI)和刚果红的吸附性能最好,最大吸附质量分别为41.74 mg/g(pH=2)和99.2mg/g,都高于单相γ-AlOOH对Cr(VI)(35.86 mg/g,pH=2)和刚果红(97.15mg/g)的吸附性能。3、通过一步水热法成功制备出了大白菜状γ-AlOOH/石墨烯的纳米复合材料。实验结果表明:加入1%石墨烯所得的γ-AlOOH/石墨烯复合材料对Cr(VI)的吸附性能最好,最大吸附质量为17.32 mg/g(pH=2),高于单相γ-AlOOH对Cr(VI)(14.61mg/g,pH=2)的吸附性能。而加入2.5%石墨烯所得的γ-AlOOH/石墨烯复合材料对酸性铬蓝K的吸附性能最好,最大吸附质量为99.69mg/g,高于单相γ-AlOOH对酸性铬蓝K的最大吸附质量(54.05mg/g)近一倍。同时这两种复合材料对刚果红都表现出优异的吸附性能。4、通过一步水热法合成了γ-AlOOH/α-Fe2O3复合纳米材料。实验结果表明:反应体系中尿素摩尔量的增加和铝源/铁源摩尔比的较少,都会使复合产物中α-Fe2O3相的百分比在增加;反应体系中尿素摩尔量为28.8mmol时所得复合材料对酸性铬蓝K和刚果红吸附效果最好,最大吸附质量为42.92和99.19mg/g;反应体系中所得复合材料对酸性铬蓝K和刚果红吸附效果最好的铝源/铁源摩尔比分别为2:1和10:1,其最大吸附质量分别为65.09mg/g和99.19mg/g,都要好于单相γ-AlOOH和单相α-Fe2O3的吸附性能。
[Abstract]:In this paper, three different morphologies, walnut shape, leaf shape and Chinese cabbage shape, were successfully prepared by using template free hydrothermal method, and the walnut shape 纬 -AlOHH / graphene was prepared. Three kinds of composite nanomaterials, 纬 -AlOH / graphene and 纬 -AlOOH / 伪 -Fe _ 2O _ 3, were prepared and characterized, and their adsorption properties for organic dyes and heavy metal ions were studied. 9H2O was used as aluminum source, and the blade shape with uniform morphology and size was successfully prepared by hydrothermal method under different reaction conditions. The experimental results show that the three grading structures are all self-assembled from nanofibers, and the leaves are similar to each other in the shape of leaves, and the morphology of 纬 -AlOOH is similar to that of walnut and Chinese cabbage. The maximum adsorption mass of walnut and cabbage-like 纬 -AlOOH for CrVI was 7.4 mg / g and 14.36 mg / g respectively; for methyl orange was 59.9 mg / g 97.15 mg / g and 84.93 mg / g respectively; for Congo red was 99.0 mg / g / g 898.g / g and 258.02 mg / g 路2, respectively; and for Congo red was 99.0 mg / g / g ~ 898.g / g and 258.02 mg / g / g, respectively, and the maximum adsorption mass for methyl orange was 59.9 mg / g / g ~ 97.15 mg / g / g and 84.93 mg / g / g / g, respectively, and the maximum adsorption mass of Congo red was 99.0 mg / g / g / g and 258.02 mg / g 路2 respectively. Walnut 纬 -AlOOH / graphene nanocomposites were prepared. The experimental results showed that only 1% and 2.5 graphene were added. The obtained product was the composite product of graded 纬 -AlOOH and graphene, and the walnut 纬 -AlOOH / graphene composite with 1% graphene had the best adsorption properties for CrVI and Congo red. The maximum adsorption mass was 41.74 mg / g pH ~ (2) and 99.2 mg / g, respectively, which were higher than those of 纬 -AlOOH for Cr(VI)(35.86 mg / g ~ (2) and Congo Red ~ (97. 15 mg / g). The 纬 -AlOHH / graphene nanocomposites were successfully prepared by one step hydrothermal method. The experimental results showed that:. The 纬 -AlOOH / graphene composite containing 1% graphene has the best adsorption property for CrVI. The maximum adsorption mass of 纬 -AlOOH is 17.32 mg 路g ~ (-1) pH ~ (-2), which is higher than that of single phase 纬 -AlOOH (14.61 mg / g ~ (2)). The 纬 -AlOH / graphene composite with 2.5% graphene has the best adsorption performance for acid chrome blue K, and the adsorption capacity of 纬 -AlOH / graphene composite is better than that of single phase 纬 -AlOOH (14.61 mg / g 路g ~ (-2)). The maximum adsorption mass is 99.69 mg / g, which is nearly twice as high as that of single-phase 纬 -AlOOH for acidic chrome blue K (54.05 mg / g). At the same time, both composites exhibit excellent adsorption properties for Congo red. The 纬 -AlOOH / 伪 -Fe _ 2O _ 3 composite nanowires were synthesized by one-step hydrothermal method. Rice materials. The experimental results show that the increase of urea molar amount and the molar ratio of aluminum source to Tie Yuan in the reaction system are less than that in the reaction system. The percentage of 伪 -Fe _ 2O _ 3 phase in the composite product was increased, and the adsorption of acid chrome blue K and Congo red was the best when the molar ratio of urea in the reaction system was 28.8mmol. The maximum adsorption mass is 42.92 and 99.19 mg / g respectively. The molar ratio of aluminum source / Tie Yuan, which has the best adsorption efficiency for acid chrome blue K and Congo red, is 2: 1 and 10: 1, respectively. The maximum adsorption mass is 65.09 mg / g and 99.19 mg / g / g, respectively, which is better than that of single Cr blue K and Congo Red. The adsorption properties of 纬 -AlOOH and 伪 -Fe _ 2O _ 3 were investigated.
