用于金纳米团簇保护的双硒配体的合成

【摘要】:金是人类最早发现的元素之一,迷人的黄色金属色泽和稳定的化学性质使其被广泛的用作货币,被当作财富的象征。1990年,纳米材料科学正式诞生,而纳米金表现出诸多新的化学性质,而这些独特性质在催化、生物、传感和医药领域都显示出巨大的应用潜力,这引起了学家们的广泛关注。Brust的两相合成法使原子精确的金纳米团簇合成得以迅速发展。金纳米团簇的研究在很长一段时间里专注于S配体保护的金纳米团簇,由于Se和S同属一个主族,所以Se与S有着很多的共同点,近年Se配体保护的金纳米团簇的研究也开始受到关注。为了拓展用于合成金纳米团簇的Se配体种类,设计合成了用以合成Se配体保护的金纳米团簇的三种双硒配体,并且尝试了金纳米团簇的合成。主要内容如下:一、用氧化法合成了1,2-二苯基双硒、1,2-苄基双硒和1,2-二对叔丁基苯双硒三种双硒配体,通过质谱、核磁共振氢谱和碳谱等表征方法进行了表征。成功长出1,2-二苯基双硒、1,2-苄基双硒和1,2-二对叔丁基苯双硒的单晶,并且成功解出单晶结构,讨论了三种配体的单晶结构。二、尝试利用一锅法,并且不添加任何表面活性剂,以四氢呋喃为溶剂合成了苯硒酚保护的超细金纳米团簇,再利用二氯甲烷分离粗产品。通过紫外可见光谱、热重分析和透射电子显微镜等手段对产物进行了表征,光谱数据显示产物就是苯硒酚保护的超细金纳米团簇,合成出的金纳米团簇可以在空气中稳定存在很长时间。
[Abstract]:Gold is one of the first elements discovered by human beings. Its charming yellow color and stable chemical properties make it widely used as money and as a symbol of wealth. In 1990, the science of nanomaterials was officially born. And nanocrystalline gold shows a lot of new chemical properties, and these unique properties have great potential applications in the fields of catalysis, biology, sensing and medicine. This has caused widespread concern among scientists that the two-phase synthesis method of .Brust has led to rapid progress in the synthesis of atomic precise gold nanoclusters, which have been focused on the S ligand-protected gold nanoclusters for a long time. Since se and S belong to the same dominant family, se and S have much in common. In recent years, the study of se ligand-protected gold nanoclusters has been paid more and more attention, in order to expand the type of se ligands used in the synthesis of gold nanoclusters. Three kinds of double selenium ligands for the synthesis of se ligand-protected gold nanoclusters were designed and synthesized, and the synthesis of gold nanoclusters was attempted. The main contents are as follows: 1. Three kinds of diselenium ligands were synthesized by the oxidation method. The ligands of 1 ~ (2 +) -diphenyl-2-benzyl diselenium and 1 ~ (2 +) -di-tert-#china_person0# diselenium were synthesized by mass spectrometry. NMR and carbon spectra were used to characterize the monocrystalline of 1o 2-diphenyl-bisselene-1ta-2-benzyl bisselenium and 1 + 2-di-p-tert-#china_person0# bisselenium, and the single crystal structure of the three ligands was successfully solved, and the single crystal structure of the three ligands was discussed. The ultrafine gold nanoclusters protected by phenylselenol were synthesized with tetrahydrofuran as solvent by one-pot method, and the crude products were separated by dichloromethane. The products were characterized by thermogravimetric analysis and transmission electron microscope. The results showed that the products were ultrafine gold clusters protected by phenylselenol, and the synthesized gold nanoclusters could be stable in air for a long time.
