高温超导带材临界电流特性及稳定性实验研究

【摘要】:高温超导带材的临界电流特性直接关系着高温超导电力设备的设计、制造以及应用。复合超导带材比单根超导带材具有更高的载流量,可以达到kA级别。临界电流作为超导体最重要的参数之一,对复合带材的临界电流特性进行研究有着非常重要的意义。超导电力设备良好的稳定性是超导电力设备安全运行的可靠保障,高温超导带材的稳定性是另一个必须考虑的重要因素,因此,对超导带材稳定性的研究同样具有重要的意义。本文首先根据ReBCO高温超导带材临界电流的计算模型,计算得到了不同磁感应强度(0T-0.9T)和磁场角度(0°、30°、60°、90°)条件下的临界电流。根据磁场下高温超导带材临界电流测试实验原理,设计并搭建了基于LabVIEW的临界电流测试平台。在77K温度下,对5mm宽ReBCO高温超导带材进行了临界电流测试,并与理论计算结果进行了对比,分析了磁场对临界电流和超导带材n值得影响。为了能够得到高温超导带材的交流传输能力,本文通过类比交流损耗测试方法和临界电流定义,实验测得交流条件下4mm宽AMSC和Superpower高温超导带材的伏安特性。采用有效值法和切线法分析了两种高温超导带材在30Hz-540Hz频率下交流载流能力的频率特性。对高温超导带材的交流载流能力做了一个初步的实验与分析。利用Comsol软件对Roebel复合超导带材进行了建模仿真,得到了 Roebel复合带材的磁场分布;利用临界电流计算公式计算得到了 Roebel复合带材的临界电流。根据Roebel复合带材临界电流测试实验原理,搭建了基于LabVIEW软件的Roebel复合超导带材的临界电流实验平台,并测试了 Roebel复合超导带材的临界电流,将理论结果与实验结果进行了对比分析。最后,对ReBCO高温超导带材的失超特性进行了理论分析,设计并搭建了基于LabVIEW的ReBCO高温超导带材失超传播特性测试系统。借助该测试系统,对ReBCO超导带材和Roebel复合超导带材进行了失超特性实验,得到了 ReBCO超导带材和Roebel复合带材的最小失超能、失超传播速度等特性,并对实验结果进行了分析。
[Abstract]:The critical current characteristics of HTS tapes are directly related to the design, manufacture and application of HTS power equipment. The critical current is one of the most important parameters of superconductors. It is of great significance to study the critical current characteristics of composite strip. The good stability of superconducting power equipment is a reliable guarantee for the safe operation of superconducting power equipment. The stability of HTS tapes is another important factor which must be considered. Therefore, it is also of great significance to study the stability of HTS tapes. In this paper, first of all, according to the calculation model of critical current of ReBCO HTS tapes, The critical current under the conditions of different magnetic induction intensity (0T-0.9T) and magnetic field angle (0 掳~ 30 掳~ 60 掳~ 90 掳) is calculated. According to the experimental principle of measuring critical current of HTS tapes under magnetic field, a critical current testing platform based on LabVIEW is designed and built. The critical current of 5mm wide ReBCO HTS tape is measured and compared with the theoretical calculation results. The influence of magnetic field on the critical current and superconducting tape n is analyzed. In this paper, the method of AC loss measurement and the definition of critical current are compared. The volt-ampere characteristics of 4mm wide AMSC and Superpower HTS tapes under AC condition were experimentally measured. The frequency characteristics of AC current carrying capacity of two HTS tapes at frequencies of 30Hz-540Hz were analyzed by RMS method and tangent method. A preliminary experiment and analysis of the AC current-carrying capacity of the material is carried out. The Roebel composite superconducting tape is modeled and simulated by using Comsol software. The magnetic field distribution of Roebel composite strip is obtained, and the critical current of Roebel composite strip is calculated by using critical current formula. According to the experimental principle of critical current measurement of Roebel composite strip, The critical current test platform of Roebel composite superconducting tape based on LabVIEW software is built, and the critical current of Roebel composite superconducting tape is tested. The theoretical results are compared with the experimental results. In this paper, the characteristics of ReBCO HTS tapes are theoretically analyzed, and the measurement system of ReBCO HTS tapes is designed and built based on LabVIEW. The characteristics of ReBCO superconducting tape and Roebel composite superconducting tape are tested. The characteristics of ReBCO superconducting tape and Roebel composite strip are obtained, such as the minimum loss of energy and the propagation speed of the lost superconducting tape. The experimental results are analyzed.
