电纺制备稀土掺杂氯氧化镧纳米纤维及其荧光性能研究

【摘要】:以稀土化合物(LaCl3)及稀土氧化物为原料,聚乙烯醇(PVA)为模板,配制一定浓度的LnCl3/LaCl3/PVA (Ln=Eu、Tb. Sm、Ce)纺丝溶液,在适当的纺丝工艺及环境参数条件下,通过静电纺丝设备制备LnCl3/LaCl3/PVA复合纳米纤维,并将复合纳米纤维利用高温热处理得到稀土掺杂氯氧化镧荧光纳米纤维。讨论纺丝条件、稀土(RE)离子的掺杂浓度j样品煅烧温度等对纳米纤维荧光性能的影响。并希望通过RE离子的共激发、基质向RE离子的能量传递、RE离子之间的敏化作用等,实现其发光颜色的可调性,从而提供一种新型的制备稀土掺杂卤氧化物荧光纳米材料的方法。主要的研究内容有如下两个部分:(1) LaOCl:Eu3+、LaOCl:Tb3+、LaOCl:Sm3+纳米纤维的制备及荧光性能研究:以LaCl3、Eu2O3、氧化铽、Sm2O3、浓盐酸为原料,PVA为模板,配制一定浓度的LnCl3/LaCl3/PVA (Ln=Eu、Tb、Sm)纺丝溶液,在电压为24 kV,固化距离15 cm,推进速率0.2 mL/h,环境温度25℃的条件下,通过静电纺丝设备制备出LnCl3/LaCl3/PVA复合纳米纤维,并将复合纳米纤维利用高温热处理得到LaOCl:Ln3+荧光纳米纤维。纤维直径分布范围约为50-300nm,由直径约为30-50nm的近圆片堆积串联而成,表面粗糙。研究表明,当稀土离子的掺杂浓度为5%mol、煅烧温度为750℃时,其荧光性能最好。(2) Eu3+、Ce3+共掺杂氯氧化镧纳米纤维的制备及荧光性能研究:以LaCl3、 Eu2O3、CeCl3、浓盐酸为原料,PVA为模板,配制一定浓度的EuCl3/CeCl3/LaCl3/PVA纺丝溶液,在电压为24 kV,固化距离15cm,推进速率0.2 mL/h,环境温度25℃的条件下,利用静电纺丝设备制备出EuCl3/CeCl3/LaCl3/PVA复合纳米纤维,并将复合纳米纤维经过高温煅烧4h制得LaOCl:Eu3+、Ce3+荧光纳米纤维。详细研究了不同掺杂浓度比对纳米纤维形貌及荧光性能的影响,研究表明,Eu3+与Ce3+的浓度比为3:1,煅烧温度为750℃时,产物的荧光性能最好。同时,通过Eu3+与Ce3+的共激发,实现了材料的多重颜色的可调性。
[Abstract]:Using rare earth compound LaCl3) and rare earth oxide as raw materials and polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) as template, LnCl3/LaCl3/PVA composite nanofibers were prepared by electrospinning equipment under proper spinning process and environmental parameters. The rare earth doped lanthanum chloride fluorescent nanofibers were prepared by high temperature heat treatment of composite nanofibers, and the spinning conditions were discussed. The influence of doping concentration j sample calcination temperature on the fluorescence properties of nanofibers is also discussed. It is hoped that the sensitizing effect between RE ions and the energy transfer from the matrix to RE ions can be obtained through the co-excitation of RE ions.
