高能球磨时间对牡蛎贝壳粉体性能与结构的影响

【摘要】:采用高能球磨法对牡蛎贝壳粉进行改性,通过改变球磨时间,研究了牡蛎贝壳粉体各项性能与结构的相应变化,并探究了各性能与球磨时间之间的变化规律。结果表明,当球磨时间从5h逐步增加至25h时,牡蛎贝壳粉的粉体平均粒径从58.32μm逐渐变为19.88μm,粒度分布变窄,颗粒比表面积由17.459m~2/g升至21.364m~2/g,饱和溶液pH由9.37升至9.73,粉体的Zeta电位从-12.79升至18.78;当球磨时间达到15h时,晶型由文石型开始转变为方解石型,同时基团的键结合力也逐渐增强。利用最小二乘法得到反映各性能与球磨时间之间的变化关系公式。
[Abstract]:The oyster shell powder was modified by high energy ball milling method. By changing the ball milling time, the corresponding changes of properties and structures of oyster shell powder were studied, and the law of change between each performance and ball milling time was studied. When milling time increased from 5 h to 25 h, the average particle size of oyster shell powder gradually changed from 58.32 渭 m to 19.88 渭 m, and the particle size distribution became narrower. The specific surface area of particles increased from 17.459mg to 21.364mg, the pH of saturated solution increased from 9.37 to 9.73. the Zeta potential of the powder increased from -12.79 to 18.78.When the milling time was 15h, the crystalline form began to change from the aragonite type to the calcite type. At the same time, the bond binding force of the group is gradually strengthened, and the formula reflecting the relationship between the properties and the milling time is obtained by using the least square method.
