【摘要】:采用改性纳米粉体对球墨铸铁进行强韧化处理,研究了改性纳米粉体对球墨铸铁显微组织和力学性能,尤其是低温冲击韧性的影响。结果表明:经过改性纳米粉体处理后,球墨铸铁的石墨球尺寸减小,石墨数量增多,基体组织中铁素体含量增多,晶粒得到细化;球墨铸铁的力学性能得到提高,低温冲击韧性提高44.8%。
[Abstract]:The effect of modified nano-powder on microstructure and mechanical properties of ductile iron, especially the impact toughness at low temperature, was studied. The graphite spheroidal size of ductile iron decreases, the amount of graphite increases, the content of ferrite in the matrix increases, the grain is refined, the mechanical properties of ductile iron are improved, and the impact toughness at low temperature is increased by 44.8%.
