石墨基复合材料SMD-1及其应用

【摘要】:为解决特低渗油藏细小空隙的封堵难题,减轻惰性封堵材料对钻井液润滑性造成的伤害,选用钻井液用纳米乳液作为外相,复合石墨微粉作为内相,在基材润湿剂、增溶剂的协同作用下,通过球磨分散工艺制备了一种石墨基复合材料SMD-1。研究表明,SMD-1的主要颗粒尺寸在3~15μm,加量3%时,钻井液API滤失量从38.5 m L减少到9.4 m L,高温高压滤失量从97.2 m L减少到30.0 m L,80目以细砂床侵入深度从20.0 cm减少到5.1 cm,同时钻井液润滑系数降低82.8%,高温高压粘附系数降低85.7%,封堵、润滑性能良好。在胜利油田滨425区块X138井进行了现场应用,应用井段井壁稳定,钻井液滤失量降低78.6%,润滑系数降低80.0%,封堵性和润滑性能突出,有效解决了井壁失稳及裂缝漏失问题。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problem of small gap plugging reservoir of low permeability, reduce inert plugging material caused by drilling fluid lubrication damage, selection of drilling fluid with nano graphite powder composite emulsion as the foreign minister, as in phase, in the substrate wetting agent, synergistic solubilizer, dispersion preparation process of a graphite based composite SMD-1. show that the ball mill, the main grain size in the 3~15 SMD-1 m, dosage of 3% API, drilling fluid filter loss is reduced from 38.5 m to 9.4 L m L, high temperature and high pressure filtration is reduced from 97.2 m to 30 L m L, with 80 mesh fine sand bed invasion depth from 20 cm reduced to 5.1 cm, while the drilling fluid lubrication coefficient reduced by 82.8%, high adhesion coefficient reduced by 85.7%, sealing, good lubricating performance. The field application in Shengli Oilfield offshore block 425 X138 wells, wells with wellbore stability, drilling fluid filtration decreased 78.6%, lubrication coefficient reduced by 80. 0%, the plugging and lubrication performance is outstanding, effectively solving the problem of wall instability and crack leakage.
