石墨烯对全同聚1-丁烯结晶性能的影响

【摘要】:通过溶解-絮凝法制备了全同聚1-丁烯(1-iPB)/石墨烯(GE)复合材料,采用差示扫描量热仪研究了纯1-iPB和1-iPB/GE复合材料的结晶性能,使用偏光显微镜观察了其等速率降温结晶和等温结晶情况。结果表明:GE起到了异相成核剂的作用,GE使1-iPB的结晶温度明显提高,从纯1-iPB的67.7℃提高到77.3℃,结晶半峰宽变窄;等速率降温结晶时,1-iPB/GE复合材料出现晶体的温度高于纯1-iPB,GE提高了基体的结晶温度;85℃等温结晶时,1-iPB/GE复合材料晶体长满整个视野的时间低于纯1-iPB,结晶速率明显比纯1-iPB快,且晶粒数目多,粒径小。
[Abstract]:The homopolymer 1-Ib BU / graphene GE composites were prepared by dissolution-flocculation method. The crystallization properties of pure 1-iPB and 1-iPB/GE composites were studied by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). The isothermal crystallization and isothermal crystallization of 1-iPB were observed by polarizing microscope.
