碳纤维加强型聚醚醚酮的制备探索

【摘要】:实验采用模压方法制备短碳纤维和聚醚醚酮复合体,是一种较为便捷的制备方法,所获得材料气孔少,密度与理想密度相接近。通过材料切开面观察以及密度测量,探讨分析模压中参数对CF-PEEK复合体材料密实性的影响,优化出较佳的模压温控程序参数以及操作细节。实验得出的工艺:模压制备材料为100目CF-PEEK粉料,模块与磨具之间加垫石墨纸,冷压下充分预排气,200℃时多次加压热排气并压制至位点(压力小于5MPa),在五段式温控程序调节下完成模压,最终完全冷却至室温时脱模。
[Abstract]:In the experiment, short carbon fiber and polyether ether ketone complex were prepared by moulding method. It is a convenient method to prepare short carbon fiber and polyether ether ketone complex. The porosity of the materials obtained is less and the density is close to the ideal density. This paper discusses the influence of parameters in molding on the compactness of CF-PEEK complex, and optimizes the program parameters and operating details of molding temperature control. The process obtained from the experiment is as follows: the material prepared by moulding is 100 mesh CF-PEEK powder, The graphite paper padded between the module and the grinder is fully pre-drained under cold pressure at 200 鈩,
