两种方法评价管材力学性能的研究(英文)

【摘要】:通过挤压一个缺口环或闭口环样品来评价不同管材的弹性模量和弯曲强度。在弹性范围内,弹性模量可由载荷—位移关系和样品尺寸获到;而弯曲强度则由断裂临界载荷决定。在本研究中,四种管材被分为两组来研究这两种方法的适用范围。结果表明:缺口环适合评价刚度较大、极限应变较小的材料,而闭口环则更倾向于评价低刚度的材料。此外,三点弯曲的数据也验证了这两种方法的有效性、便捷性及其各自的适用范围。
[Abstract]:The elastic modulus and flexural strength of different pipes are evaluated by extruding a sample of notched ring or closed ring. In the elastic range, the elastic modulus can be obtained by load-displacement relation and sample size. The bending strength is determined by the critical fracture load. In this study, four kinds of pipes are divided into two groups to study the scope of application of the two methods. The results show that the notched ring is suitable for evaluating materials with high stiffness and low limit strain. The closed ring is more inclined to evaluate the materials with low stiffness. In addition, the data of three point bending also verify the validity, convenience and their respective application range of the two methods.
