多级复合材料蜂窝结构的力学性能研究

【摘要】:复合材料蜂窝结构是一种具有高比强度、高比刚度的新型轻质复合材料夹芯结构,广泛应用于各种领域。但是由于复合材料蜂窝结构在低密度区域容易发生弹性屈曲失效,导致结构的平压性能较低,结构的承载能力不够好;同时由于面板和芯子之间存在粘接强度不足的问题,导致复合材料蜂窝结构的剪切性能、弯曲性能等较低。本文针对以上问题,采用多级结构设计思想,将高性能PMI泡沫加入到单向增强碳纤维复合材料之间,对多级复合材料蜂窝结构进行了制备,并研究了结构的力学性能。主要研究内容如下:第一章介绍了复合材料夹芯结构的研究背景、国内外研究现状以及本文的主要研究内容。第二章介绍了多级复合材料蜂窝结构的制备工艺流程。其中主要采用嵌锁组装工艺制备多级复合材料蜂窝结构的芯子。第三章研究了多级复合材料蜂窝结构的平压性能,主要包括多级复合材料蜂窝结构平压性能的理论预报与试验验证。通过理论研究与试验验证发现合适的PMI泡沫能够使结构的平压性能达到最佳,根据这一点,得到了平压性能达到最佳的多级复合材料蜂窝结构设计方案。第四章在第三章对多级复合材料蜂窝结构平压性能进行研究的基础上,研究了经历了循环加载之后的多级复合材料蜂窝结构的平压性能的变化情况,为工程上的应用提供了一定的参考。第五章对多级复合材料蜂窝结构的三点弯曲性能进行了研究,主要包括理论预报与试验验证。通过理论研究对多级复合材料蜂窝结构的失效模式进行了预报,绘制了失效模式机制图,并通过三点弯曲试验对理论预报结果进行了验证。
[Abstract]:Composite honeycomb structure is a new type of lightweight composite sandwich structure with high specific strength and high specific stiffness, which is widely used in various fields. However, composite honeycomb structure is prone to elastic buckling failure in low density region. As a result, the flat compression property of the structure is low, the bearing capacity of the structure is not good enough, and the shear behavior of the composite honeycomb structure is caused by the problem of insufficient bonding strength between the panel and the core. In view of the above problems, the high performance PMI foam was added to the unidirectional reinforced carbon fiber composites, and the honeycomb structure of the multistage composites was prepared. The main contents are as follows: chapter 1 introduces the research background of composite sandwich structure. In the second chapter, the fabrication process of multistage composite honeycomb structure is introduced, in which the core of multistage composite honeycomb structure is prepared by interlocking assembly process. In chapter 3, the flat compression properties of multistage composite honeycomb structures are studied. This paper mainly includes the theoretical prediction and experimental verification of the flat compressive properties of multistage composite honeycomb structures. Through theoretical research and experimental verification, it is found that the proper PMI foam can make the structure achieve the best pressure performance, according to this point, The design scheme of multistage composite honeycomb structure with optimum flat compression performance is obtained. In chapter 4, on the basis of the research on the flat compression performance of multistage composite honeycomb structure in chapter 3, In this paper, the variation of the compressive properties of multistage composite honeycomb structures after cyclic loading is studied, which provides a certain reference for engineering applications. In chapter 5, the three-point bending properties of multistage composite honeycomb structures are studied. The failure mode of multistage composite honeycomb structure is predicted by theoretical research, and the failure mode mechanism diagram is drawn, and the theoretical prediction results are verified by three-point bending test.
