铺放成型工艺参数对复合材料板材弯曲强度和层间剪切强度的影响

【摘要】:为得出铺放成型过程中热风枪温度、铺放速度、压力辊压力、压力辊温度和底板温度五个工艺参数对复合材料板材弯曲强度和层间剪切强度(ILSS)的影响,用自制连续玻璃纤维增强聚苯硫醚预浸带进行铺放成型实验制备复合材料板材,分别用正交试验和单因素实验研究其规律。结果表明,压力辊压力对板材ILSS影响最大,底板温度对ILSS影响最小,铺放速度对弯曲强度影响最大,压力辊温度对弯曲强度影响最小。在合适的范围内,降低铺放速度,升高压力辊压力,选择适中的热风枪温度、底板温度和压力辊温度,有利于材料弯曲性能和ILSS的提升。在铺放小车速度为40 cm/min、压力辊压力为0.4 MPa、压力辊温度为240℃、热风枪温度为340℃和底板温度为240℃的条件下,GF/PPS复合材料板材的层间剪切强度和弯曲强度达到最优值,分别为79.94 MPa和1097.37 MPa。
[Abstract]:In order to obtain the influence of five technological parameters, such as hot air gun temperature, laying speed, pressure roll pressure, pressure roll temperature and bottom plate temperature, on the bending strength and interlaminar shear strength of composite plate, Composite plates were prepared by prepreg tape with continuous glass fiber reinforced polyphenylene sulfide (PPS). The regularity was studied by orthogonal test and single factor experiment respectively. The results show that the pressure roll pressure has the greatest influence on the ILSS of the plate, the bottom plate temperature has the least influence on the ILSS, the laying speed has the greatest influence on the bending strength, and the pressure roll temperature has the least influence on the bending strength. In the proper range, reducing the laying speed, increasing the pressure of pressure roll, choosing the moderate temperature of hot air gun, bottom plate and pressure roll are beneficial to the bending property of material and the improvement of ILSS.
