固相法制备YAG粉体及其表征

【摘要】:钇铝石榴石(YAG:Y_3Al_5O_(12))属于立方晶系,具有石榴石型结构,在光学性质方面有很好的均匀性,且无双折射效应,是一种在激光和光学领域广泛使用的基质材料。文章中先通过溶胶-凝胶法分别制备出两种无定型结构的Y_2O_3和Al_2O_3两种粉体,通过4h短时间球磨混合处理后将两种粉体进行高温固相反应,在1400℃下保温60 min成功制备出颗粒尺寸约0.5μm的均一、分散良好的YAG粉体。
[Abstract]:Yttrium aluminum garnet is a cubic crystal system with a garnet structure, good uniformity in optical properties and no birefringence. It is a widely used matrix material in laser and optical fields. In this paper, two kinds of amorphous Y_2O_3 and Al_2O_3 powders were prepared by sol-gel method.
