热压与真空辅助联合工艺制备非织造布复合材料及其性能研究

【摘要】:基于管状纺织复合材料在翻衬过程中要求承受复杂的应力与应变,对非织造布复合材料的研制工艺和性能进行了探讨。以压强、温度和时间3因子正交试验研究了热压复合工艺,探索了树脂配比和固化时间对真空辅助成型(VARI)工艺的影响,最后采用热压复合和VARI联合工艺制备了非织造布复合材料并对其进行了表征。结果表明:热压成型工艺的最佳工艺为压强5 MPa、温度为140℃、时间为90s;树脂、固化剂和稀释剂的质量比为100∶80∶20;非织造布复合材料的断裂应力达到了21 MPa以上,即表明非织造布复合材料研制工艺设计的合理性。
[Abstract]:Based on the complex stress and strain of tubular textile composites in the process of lining turning, the development process and properties of nonwovens composites are discussed in this paper. Based on the orthogonal test of pressure, temperature and time, the hot pressing process was studied, and the effects of resin ratio and curing time on the vacuum assisted molding (VARI) process were explored. Finally, nonwoven composites were prepared and characterized by hot pressing and VARI. The results show that the optimum process of hot pressing is pressure 5 MPA, temperature 140 鈩,
