二维编织复合材料管件轴向压缩性能研究

【摘要】:通过优化二维编织复合材料管件复合工艺,制作了碳纤维含量较高的碳纤维复合材料管件,同时对管件进行了轴向压缩性能测试,分析并探讨了编织参数对复合材料管件纤维体积含量及轴向压缩性能的影响。结果表明:优化后的复合工艺可保持复合材料管件纤维体积含量在20%~40%之间,同时使得复合后管件的内径达到一致;在编织速度不变的情况下,随着编织节距的减小,编织角逐渐增加,纤维体积含量逐渐增加,当编织节距减小到一定程度后,纤维体积含量的增加变缓,而轴向压缩强度先升高后降低,当达到最大值时,编织角为46°。
[Abstract]:By optimizing the composite process of two-dimensional braided composite pipe fittings, the carbon fiber composite pipe fittings with high carbon fiber content were fabricated, and the axial compression properties of the pipe fittings were tested. The effects of braiding parameters on fiber volume content and axial compression properties of composite pipe fittings were analyzed and discussed. The results show that the optimized composite process can keep the fiber volume content between 20% and 40%, at the same time make the inner diameter of the composite pipe fittings consistent, and at the same time, with the decrease of braiding pitch, When the braiding pitch decreases to a certain extent, the fiber volume content increases slowly, while the axial compression strength increases first and then decreases. When the braiding angle reaches the maximum value, the braiding angle is 46 掳.
