新型聚丙烯酰胺-聚硅酸硫酸铝复合絮凝剂的制备及絮凝效果研究

【摘要】:以聚硅酸(PSA)、硫酸铝(AS)、氢氧化铝(AH)、丙烯酰胺(AM)为原料制备了无机-有机复合絮凝剂聚丙烯酰胺-聚硅酸铝(PAM-PASS)。讨论丙烯酰胺加入量、铝硅摩尔比、硅酸活化p H对复合絮凝剂絮凝效果的影响,得到制备复合絮凝剂最佳工艺条件:二氧化硅质量分数为7%,硅酸活化1 h(p H=3.0),铝硅摩尔比为3∶1,PASS熟化1 h,丙烯酰胺质量占总物料质量为20.7%,氢氧化铝质量占总物料质量为7.5%,以过硫酸铵和亚硫酸氢钠为引发剂,反应温度为40℃,PAM-PASS合成3 h。利用因子设计和响应面法研究了絮凝试验中废水酸度和投入量对絮凝效果的影响。结果表明,PAM-PASS复合絮凝剂的最佳操作条件为p H=6.5~7.5和投入量为15~20 mg/L。根据实验结果得到最优化效果为:废水p H为7.20,投药量为17.00 mg/L,除浊率为97.87,试验验证结果与实际效果相吻合。
[Abstract]:The inorganic / organic composite flocculant PAM-PASSs was prepared from polysilicic acid (PSAA), aluminum sulfate (ASA), aluminum hydroxide (AHH) and acrylamide (AM). The effects of acrylamide addition, Al-Si molar ratio, activated silica pH on the flocculation efficiency of composite flocculant were discussed. The optimum conditions for preparation of composite flocculant were obtained as follows: the mass fraction of silica is 7, the activation of silicic acid is 1 h, the molar ratio of aluminum to silicon is 3: 1 / pass for 1 h, the mass of acrylamide is 20.7 and the mass of aluminum hydroxide is 20.7% of the total material, the molar ratio of aluminum to silicon is 3: 1 / 1 / pass for 1 h.
