农用低温相变蓄热材料磷酸氢二钠的制备与性能研究

【摘要】:选取十二水磷酸氢二钠为主要相变材料,对其进行相变蓄热体系性能的研究,通过添加增稠剂、成核剂、辅助蓄热剂、熔点控制剂等,对比研究不同比例添加剂对相变蓄热材料性能的影响。结果表明,20 g的Na_2HPO_4·12H_2O中添加增稠剂硅酸钠0.7 g和成核剂石墨0.7 g的复合体系结晶温度为33.0℃,过冷度基本消除,结晶时间26 min。分别添加6 mL的水和10 g的尿素可提高蓄热体系的蓄热能力。添加KCl可有效降低相变温度,但过冷度增大,加入1.6 g,体系相变温度为27.0℃,适宜作物生长。
[Abstract]:The properties of phase change heat storage system were studied by adding thickening agent, nucleating agent, auxiliary heat storage agent, melting point controlling agent and so on, in which sodium hydrogen phosphate dodecahydrate was selected as the main phase change material. The effects of different additives on the properties of phase change heat storage materials were studied. The results show that the crystallization temperature of the composite system is 33. 0 鈩,
