软磁复合材料用胶黏剂配方的研究

【摘要】:磁性材料行业发展迅速,但是其绝缘包覆工艺仍存在瑕疵,其中有机包覆工艺仍有很大的改善空间。通过加入不同固化剂、偶联剂配制了双酚A型环氧树脂为黏料的胶黏剂,通过其与软磁粉末的混合与造粒,最终压制成为可直接测试性能的磁环。通过对磁环的磁导率、绝缘阻抗、抗压强度、密度等性能的测试,发现随着固化剂含量的增加,反应过程中的放热量与磁环密度均呈现先提高后降低的趋势,但不同种固化剂对于磁环绝缘阻抗与抗压强度影响不同;同时随着偶联剂的加入量的增加,磁环绝缘阻抗增大、磁导率降低,抗压强度先增加后降低。
[Abstract]:The magnetic material industry has developed rapidly, but its insulation coating technology still exists defects, and the organic coating technology still has great improvement space. By adding different curing agents, the coupling agent has prepared the adhesive of bisphenol A epoxy resin as the adhesive. Through its mixing with soft magnetic powder and granulation, the final compaction can be the direct test performance. By testing the permeability, insulation impedance, compressive strength and density of the magnetic ring, it is found that with the increase of the content of the curing agent, the heat discharge and the density of the magnetic ring in the reaction process are both increased first and then decreased, but the different curing agents have different effects on the ring and the compressive strength of the magnetic rings; at the same time, the coupling agent is used with the coupling agent. With the increase of the addition amount, the insulation resistance of the magnetic ring increases, the permeability decreases, and the compressive strength increases first and then decreases.
