复合增韧改性剂对废旧聚乙烯性能的影响研究

【摘要】:以废旧高密度聚乙烯(RHDPE)为基材、自制复合增韧剂(CTA)为改性剂,采用双螺杆挤出机制备了共混物,研究了改性剂含量对RHDPE力学性能、熔融与结晶行为、热性能以及微观形貌等的影响。结果表明,随着改性剂含量的增加,共混物的拉伸强度和弯曲强度下降,冲击强度明显增加;当CTA的添加质量分数≥20%时,增韧幅度明显减缓。DSC和TGA结果显示,改性剂的加入对RHDPE结晶度和耐热性能没有产生明显影响,但使PE晶体结构的完整性降低。SEM观察冲击断面结果表明,共混物的韧性随改性剂的添加得到了显著改善,但当CTA的添加质量分数超过20%后,断面显示改性剂分散不均匀、发生团聚现象,从而导致增韧作用减缓。
[Abstract]:The blends were prepared by twin-screw extruder using waste high-density polyethylene (HDPE) as base material and self-made composite toughening agent (CTAA) as modifier. The mechanical properties, melting and crystallization behavior of RHDPE were studied. The influence of thermal properties and micromorphology. The results showed that the tensile strength and flexural strength of the blends decreased and the impact strength increased with the increase of the content of the modifier, and the toughening range of the blends decreased obviously when the mass fraction of CTA was 鈮,
