多价金属与丙烯酸自交联包覆改性铝粉

【摘要】:通过丙烯酸(AA)原位聚合制备包覆铝粉,并引入多价金属自交联体系得到自交联聚丙烯酸包覆铝粉,考察了AA用量、m(Zn~(2+))∶m(AA)与反应温度对自交联聚丙烯酸包覆铝粉缓蚀效率的影响。结果表明:在AA用量为0.5 g,m(Zn~(2+))∶m(AA)大于0.3,温度为95℃时,制备的自交联聚丙烯酸包覆铝粉的缓蚀效率达90%以上。傅里叶变换红外光谱、析氢实验、扫描电子显微镜以及X-射线光电子能谱表明,聚丙烯酸包覆在铝粉上,且铝粉上的聚丙烯酸上发生了交联。
[Abstract]:Aluminum powder coated with polyacrylic acid was prepared by in-situ polymerization of acrylic acid, and polyvalent metal self-crosslinking system was introduced to obtain self-crosslinked polyacrylic acid coated aluminum powder. The effects of the amount of AA and reaction temperature on the corrosion inhibition efficiency of aluminum powder coated with self-crosslinking polyacrylic acid were investigated. The results show that the corrosion inhibition efficiency of the self-crosslinked polyacrylic acid coated aluminum powder is more than 90% when the amount of AA is 0.5 g / m ~ (2 +) and the temperature is 95 鈩,
