汽车座椅泡沫中VOC的顶空法分析

【摘要】:为更准确地定量泡沫中的挥发性有机化合物(VOC),对标准方法中的顶空分析条件进行了优化。结果表明:测定泡沫样品时,顶空瓶上部空间的大小对结果影响较大,20 m L顶空瓶0.4~0.5 g的称样量最有利于VOC的释放。座椅泡沫在热环境下释放出了大量的VOC,经质谱定性为烷烃类、烯烃类、含氧化合物、含氯化合物、含氮化合物、芳香烃类有机化合物,其中包含氯苯等对人体健康具有高度危害的物质。
[Abstract]:In order to more accurately quantify volatile organic compounds (VOCs) in foam, the headspace analysis conditions in the standard method were optimized. The results show that the size of the upper space in the headspace bottle has a great influence on the results when the foam sample is measured. The sample size of 0.4g 0.5 g in the 20ml headspace bottle is the most favorable for the release of VOC. The seat foam released a large number of VOCs in hot environment, which were characterized by mass spectrometry as alkanes, olefins, oxygenated compounds, chlorinated compounds, nitrogenous compounds, aromatic hydrocarbons, organic compounds. It contains chlorobenzene and other substances that are highly harmful to human health.
