基于FDM的3D打印参数优化实验研究

【摘要】:以熔融沉积制造技术中常用的基体材料PLA作为对象,通过3D打印实验,对打印过程中的因素参数进行优化实验研究。利用单因素实验法和正交实验法,以打印时间和打印尺寸误差为实验指标,选取层厚、打印速度和喷嘴温度三个主要因素展开实验。实验结果表明,层厚为0.3mm,打印速度为20mm/s,喷嘴温度为200℃时,可以在保证打印质量的情况下获得最短打印时间。对打印效率影响程度由大到小依次是层厚,打印速度,喷嘴温度,并进一步通过实验验证。
[Abstract]:In this paper, PLA, a matrix material, which is commonly used in melt deposition manufacturing, is used as the object. Through 3D printing experiment, the factors parameters in the process of printing are optimized and studied. Using single factor experiment method and orthogonal experiment method, three main factors, layer thickness, printing speed and nozzle temperature, are selected to test the printing time and size error. The experimental results show that the shortest printing time can be obtained when the layer thickness is 0.3 mm, the printing speed is 20 mm / s, the nozzle temperature is 200 鈩,
