新型核壳结构纳米材料的设计合成及其SERS光谱研究

【摘要】:表面增强拉曼散射(SERS)光谱成为主要检测单分子科学的种重要的手段,获取分子的结构信息,从而发展成为一种重要的表面分析方法。从SERS光谱的电磁增强机理看出,选取合适的纳米材料作为SERS基底是影响SERS光谱信号因素之一。尤其近年来,壳层隔绝纳米粒子增强拉曼光谱(SHINERS)日渐成为人们关注的焦点,其主要优点在于SHINERS的普适性,如将惰性壳层——碳层包覆在Ag纳米粒子上,可用于多种SHINERS分析。目前该技术主要在材料科学、环境监测、食品安全、生命科学等方面广泛应用。本文主要是合成并表征SiO2@Ag和SiO2@Ag@C纳米材料在拉曼光谱中的研究。首先围绕SiO2@Ag这一接触式的SERS基底的制备及表面单分子拉曼信号的检测,并比较SiO2@Ag和银镜纳米粒子对于表面单分子拉曼增强信号的差异。其次,本文制备了以碳层为壳的隔绝纳米粒子,并进行表面检测单分子的SHINERS研究。SHINERS提高了基底的稳定性、普适性、可循环利用性。我们主要针对4-巯基苯甲酸(4-MBA)、对巯基苯胺(PATP)、对-硝基苯硫酚(PNTP)、罗丹明B、结晶紫物质进行了表面检测。新型SERS或SHINERS基底的构建是目前重要的研究领域,本文主要研究一种新型复合纳米材料SHINERS基底的制备及其在拉曼光谱中的应用分析。获取检测单分子拉曼增强信号、研制新型纳米结构的SERS和SHINERS基底、热点、光谱稳定性与普适性对于拉曼信号增强具有积极意义,为SERS和SHINERS基底技术提供了新型的方式方法。
[Abstract]:Surface enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) spectroscopy has become an important means to detect the science of single molecule. It is an important surface analysis method to obtain molecular structure information. From the electromagnetic enhancement mechanism of the SERS spectrum, the selection of suitable nano materials as the base of SERS is one of the factors affecting the SERS spectral signal. In recent years, shell isolation nanoparticle enhanced Raman spectroscopy (SHINERS) has become the focus of attention. Its main advantage is the universality of SHINERS, such as coating inert shell carbon layer on Ag nanoparticles, and can be used for various SHINERS analysis. The technology is mainly in material science, environmental monitoring, food safety and life science. This paper mainly synthesizes and characterizes the Raman spectra of SiO2@Ag and SiO2@Ag@C nanomaterials in the Raman spectrum. Firstly, the preparation of the contact type SERS substrate and the detection of the single molecule Raman signal on the surface of SiO2@Ag, and compare the difference between the SiO2@Ag and the silver mirror nanoparticles on the surface single molecule Raman enhancement signal. In this paper, we prepared the isolated nanoparticles with the carbon layer as the shell, and carried out the SHINERS study of the surface detection monomolecular.SHINERS to improve the stability, universality and recyclability of the substrate. We mainly focused on the surface detection of 4- mercapto benzoic acid (4-MBA), mercapto aniline (PATP), - nitrobenzene thiol (PNTP), Luo Danming B, crystal violet. Measurement. The construction of a new type of SERS or SHINERS substrate is an important research field at present. This paper mainly studies the preparation of a new type of composite nanomaterial SHINERS substrate and its application in the Raman spectrum. To obtain the Raman enhancement signal for detection of single molecule, to develop the SERS and SHINERS substrates of the new nanostructures, the hot spots, the spectral stability and the universality. It has positive significance for Raman signal enhancement, and provides a new way for SERS and SHINERS substrate technology.
