车电极用W-Cu复合材料的制备及其特性表征

【摘要】:为了提高车电极的导电性,探索一种共沉淀-氢气还原法制备的车电极用W-Cu复合材料,并利用XRD、TEM等检测手段,对制备新型W包覆Cu复合材料的微观形貌进行了特性表征。结果表明:W-Cu复合粉体外形为球状颗粒,平均粒径约为2.5μm,主要由Cu WO_4H_2O与Cu_2WO_4(OH)_2组成,共沉淀产物并未完全晶化;沉淀物粉体形态表现为椭圆形的团聚状态,粒径均匀,为8~15 nm,同时分散性较好。在750℃下经氢还原处理后,材料颗粒基本都以规则椭圆形存在,其粒径尺寸处于20~60 nm之间。WO3被还原为W原子并在Cu晶体表面形核,使Cu被全面包裹,形成各自单独的包覆球结构。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the electrical conductivity of vehicle electrode, a kind of W-Cu composite prepared by coprecipitation-hydrogen reduction method was explored. The micromorphology of W-Cu composite prepared by XRDX TEM was characterized. The results show that the composite powder is spherical in shape, and its average particle size is about 2.5 渭 m, which is mainly composed of CuWO _ 4H _ 2O and Cu _ W _ 2W _ 4 (OH) _ 2. The coprecipitation product is not completely crystallized, and the precipitate powder is characterized by elliptical agglomeration and uniform particle size.
