改性氧化碳纳米管对环氧树脂基复合材料热膨胀系数的影响

【摘要】:采用氧化多壁碳纳米管(O-MWCNTs)和四氧化三铁改性氧化多壁碳纳米管(Fe_3O_4/O-MWCNTs)对环氧树脂(EP)进行修饰,研究了改性O-MWCNTs对EP基体热膨胀系数(CTE)的影响。结果表明:改性O-MWCNTs由于其表面的官能团可与EP基体形成共价键,从而增强了二者之间的界面作用力。相对于纯EP,O-MWCNTs和Fe_3O_4/O-MWCNTs改性EP的玻璃化转变温度(T_g)分别升高了4.77和6.15℃;两种改性EP在T_g之下的CTE值分别降低了32.7%和41.8%,而T_g之上的CTE值均高于纯EP。
[Abstract]:Epoxy resin (EP) was modified by oxidized multiwalled carbon nanotubes (O-MWCNTs) and Fe _ 3O _ 4 / O-MWCNTs (Fe3O _ 4 / O-MWCNTs). The effect of modified O-MWCNTs on the thermal expansion coefficient (CTE) of EP matrix was studied. The results show that the functional groups on the surface of the modified O-MWCNTs can form covalent bonds with the EP matrix, thus enhancing the interfacial force between the modified O-MWCNTs and the modified O-MWCNTs. Compared with pure EPN O-MWCNTs and Fe3O- modified EP, the glass transition temperature (TSP) of the modified EP increased by 4.77 鈩,
