碳纳米管、蒙脱土共掺杂环氧树脂复合材料介电性能研究

【摘要】:本文以双酚A型环氧树脂(EP)为基体,利用酸化处理的多壁碳纳米管(C-MWNTs)及有机化蒙脱土(O-MMT)共同对环氧树脂进行改性,并采用溶液共混法制备EP/C-MWNTs/O-MMT复合材料。用FT-IR及SEM对处理前后的碳纳米管及蒙脱土进行表征,并对所制备的复合材料介电性能进行测试,分析并探求碳纳米管掺杂量对EP/C-MWNTs/O-MMT复合材料介电性能的影响。测试结果表明,加入少量C-MWNTs及适量O-MMT的EP/CMWNTs/O-MMT复合材料的体积电阻率与未改性EP相比仅下降了1个数量级,同时其击穿场强稍有提高;纳米组分与环氧树脂基体形成的界面对偶极极化有一定的抑制作用,可降低改性后EP复合材料的介电常数,当O-MMT掺杂量为6.0wt%、C-MWNTs掺杂量为0.3 wt%时复合材料的介电常数可降至2.9,而复合材料的介电损耗并无明显变化。
[Abstract]:In this paper, epoxy resin was modified by acidified multi-walled carbon nanotubes (C-MWNTs) and organic montmorillonite (O-MMT) based on bisphenol A epoxy resin (EP), and EP/ C-MWNTsp-O-MMT composites were prepared by solution blending method. Carbon nanotubes and montmorillonite before and after treatment were characterized by FT-IR and SEM. The dielectric properties of the composites were tested, and the effect of carbon nanotubes doping on the dielectric properties of EPC-MWNTs / O-MMT composites was investigated. The results show that the volume resistivity of EPP-CMWNTs / O-MMT composites with a small amount of C-MWNTs and O-MMT is only one order of magnitude lower than that of unmodified EP, and the breakdown field strength is slightly increased. The interfacial polarization between nano-component and epoxy resin matrix can be inhibited to some extent, and the dielectric constant of modified EP composites can be reduced. When the doping amount of O-MMT is 6.0 wtand the doping amount of C-MWNTs is 0.3 wt%, the dielectric constant of the composites can be reduced to 2.9, but the dielectric loss of the composites does not change obviously.
