癸酸-肉豆蔻酸相变储热微胶囊的制备与表征

【摘要】:以癸酸-肉豆蔻酸低共熔物为芯材,采用溶剂蒸发法制备热塑性树脂为壁材的相变材料微胶囊,并对微胶囊的表面形貌、化学结构和热性能等进行表征,考察了壁材对微胶囊性质的影响。结果表明,当采用聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)为壁材时,所制微胶囊结构完好,且具有较好的热稳定性,囊芯含量为18.95%,相变温度为29.21℃,熔融潜热为19.94 J/g。
[Abstract]:The phase change material microcapsules with thermoplastic resin as wall material were prepared by solvent evaporation with sebacic acid-myristic acid eutectic as core material. The surface morphology, chemical structure and thermal properties of microcapsules were characterized. The effects of wall materials on the properties of microcapsules were investigated. The results show that when polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) is used as the wall material, the microcapsules have good structure and good thermal stability, the core content is 18.95, the phase transition temperature is 29.21 鈩,
